I went in to get my industrial pierced. Ive always wanted this piercing and so I was pretty excited. I do the paper work and everything and eventually go back to get pierced. It was very painful but that was to be expected. However, when I asked if there was any solution I get or even just buy separately for the healing process I was told there was none and was instead given recommendations. I was not even given any aftercare instructions that most places will give you. Thats not even my biggest issue. My issue is when I got home I found out that I DONT HAVE THE ANATOMY FOR THE PIERCING. The piercing is currently laying flat on my ear and its NOT supposed to do that and I didnt know that. I was not told beforehand that I didnt have the anatomy and so now I have to take this piercing out that I just paid for because despite looking and piercing my ear, the piercer failed to tell me that I dont have the anatomy for this piercing.

Yall!! David is awesome! I went in for something very very small and minimal in honor of my grandpa who passed away, and it was so important for it to be spot on, and David absolutely NAILED IT! The environment was super comforting and process was quick and easy!
