The UPS Store

I’m really torn about giving this place a 2-star review because it’s very close to our home and we use it frequently—for notary services, domestic and international shipping, passport photos, and more. They’re even open on Sundays, which is a big plus. That said, the experience here is very hit or miss and largely depends on who you interact with. Some staff members are extremely kind, professional, and go out of their way to help. Unfortunately, others are rude and, at times, downright hostile. I’ve personally had negative experiences and have also seen other customers treated unprofessionally. It’s unfortunate that a few bad apples can negatively impact the reputation of an otherwise convenient and useful business.

I've been going to UPS for years including this location. I've never had such a strange interaction. I don't know if it wasn't because it didn't involve an Amazon return and I was just simply trying to mail a basic package. I was given a single date for delivery and two prices. When I tried to clarify those were my only options, I was told yes with disdain for asking. Rather than go through the awkward back and forth I just decided to leave. Previously, I would be given a range of dates and costs. Maybe basic package mailing has changed with UPS since the fall and the focus is on business returns now.

I was at this UPS store today and was treated fairly. I am not sure if it was because I was trying to return a Amazon product or because the store was really busy but the Lady was really rude and unprofessional. I will surely never visit the store again.
