Rachel helped me with my piercings and made the entire experience so easy. She was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle, and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. You can tell she really cares and takes her time to do everything properly. Unfortunately THE GUYS IN THE FRONT ARE SOOO TERRIBLY RUDE!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
I got my first piercing back in February 2025 by Rachel and she is a very sweet person. I have a low tolerance level for pain and she helped me through it. I should have waited to switch out my ring with her but I was super excited. When something went wrong she gave me great advice and care from transitioning from a nose stud to a hoop. She’s very experienced. 🩷🙂
I had a great experience here when I got a peircing. Ray Tullia did a wonderful job at fixing a navel peircing, which was impressive considering that the site had been messed up by two previous peircers from other locations. She was amazing and I had a fun time!
