Frank is seriously the best, not only in his tattooing but also in his costumer service. He takes the time to ensure you’re getting exactly want you want when you come in. Great work done here! Franks a great artist, I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years now, 2 half sleeves later (lower leg and forearm… see below), needless to say I’m happy with the work. I get stopped frequently and asked where I get my work done. His realism pops and has great contrast. I would highly recommend Vipers Ink to anyone, for any type of tattoo.
