I can’t recommend Rocky Howe enough!!! They made the entire process so comfortable, and they’re the nicest person ever! They have such a soft hand, and made multiple hour pieces as comfortable as possible. Not to mention how gorgeous their work is! All 5 of the pieces they’ve done on me have healed up beautifully, and have held wonderfully years later. I get the most compliments on the tattoos I have from them. I have had the pleasure of visiting Wolf and Shadow tattoo on 4 separate occasions and had a wonderful experience every time. Rocky Howe, in particular, is an unbelievably talented tattooer that I would recommend to anyone- especially if you are in the market for anything anime or fantasy related. I have been to many different artists and had positive experiences with all of them, but Rocky consistently blows me away. They deliver quality work, as well as being incredibly accommodating and considerate. All of my pieces by Rocky thus far have exceeded my expectations and healed beautifully, with every visit leaving me eager to plan my next.  I'm not local to San Diego, but it is beyond worth it to me to travel over an hour to be tattooed by them! This studio was recommended by my daughter, who had gotten a few tattoos here as well as one or two of her friends. I called and spoke to the owner, she was friendly and accommodated me for a quick walk in last minute as we were visiting from out of town. Aiden was my artist and I just wanted to leave a review and thank him again for the absolutely beautiful job he did on my tattoo! He curated quickly exactly what I wanted with the sample I brought. I absolutely love it and I truly could not be happier!!! He made me feel calm and explained everything! Also gave good directions for aftercare. If this is your first tattoo, rest assured you will be in good hands here!! Versatile and experienced artists in this shop - go there!!
