The service was outstanding—everyone was welcoming, professional, and made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. Frank is an incredible artist. His attention to detail, skill, and dedication to making sure everything was perfect really shows in his work. He took the time to listen, offered great input, and delivered exactly what I was hoping for (and more). The whole staff was awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. I can’t say enough good things about Bill. He did a cover-up of a cover-up, which is no small task, and the result is absolutely amazing. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, personable, and genuinely kind. Even though I already have tattoos, I still get anxious every time, and Bill was incredibly supportive and reassuring throughout the entire process. He really took the time to make sure I was comfortable, which meant a lot to me. The atmosphere of the shop is warm and friendly, and it’s clear that all of the artists have great rapport with one another—it just feels like a good place to be. I’m beyond happy with my experience and my tattoo, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bill to anyone looking for outstanding work and a great overall experience.

Lucas did a great job on my piercing! He was kind, considerate and made me feel welcome. The piercing was done well and given a few weeks it has healed well as well. I will be coming back for sure. The location is also great and was seamless to get to.
