I got a fine line piece done by Cesar Garcia at Private Ink Studio and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Cesar is not only talented, but also patient and detail-oriented. He made sure the placement was perfect and the line work is super clean. The studio is private and spotless, which made the whole session really comfortable. I appreciated that the price was exactly what he quoted and there were no surprise fees. My tattoo looks amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for quality line work in Tampa!
