I live pretty far away but I come to the Bethel location for Niha. I always have the BEST experience and wax when I see her! I can’t recommend her enough. She’s so kind and always does a flawless wax! She’s the only person I trust to touch my eyebrows and she somehow makes my other waxes basically painless. Thank you, Niha!

Anita did an outstanding job! I recently moved to Columbus and have tried several technicians at the EWC, but none have been as thorough and precise as her. In the past, I often had to go over areas myself afterward, but that wasn’t the case this time at all. I’m so happy I finally found Anita and will definitely be seeing her again!

I want to start off by saying that Hope is absolutely fantastic. I've had two waxes done with her, and she made me feel super comfortable. You can definitely tell she cares about her job, and her clients. If you need a knowledgeable, gentle waxer, Hope is definitely your girl. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to a mishap with the front desk. I was sold an eyebrow waxing package, and I was assured that was the only thing I would be charged for. Turns out, the person at the front desk also signed me up for a Brazilian package without my knowledge. After a few calls, they have agreed to refund those charges, but unfortunately, I will not be going back.
