8 months ago I left a 5 star review for the Graceland location. They won’t let me post another review so I am posting here. The way to book is very annoying. You can’t speak to someone and you can only chat with ai to book a wax. The last 2 times I have tried to book it won’t let me. Please read the message in the video I posted because it was literally ridiculous. I actually really like this company i just feel like it needs to be managed better. I really really wanted to book and appointment with hello sugar but it won’t let me AT ALL. Now I have to unfortunately go somewhere else.
