PENZONE Salon + Spa Gahanna/New Albany

I was nervous about getting my hair cut, as I have been growing it for 5 years. However, I desperately needed a maintenance cut so I scheduled. My cut was with Celeste and I couldn't be happier with the results!!! I kept virtually all of my length but it looks a million times healthier! The location was beautiful and clean. The front staff was friendly and informative. My haircut looks amazing and the conversation was great! I will definitely be returning to Celeste in the future!

I was part of a bridal party that visited the New Albany location on Saturday 1/31 and received hairstyling and makeup services. The staff perfectly planned out our appointments and everything ran according to schedule! Vanessa has been a lifesaver for my hair! I have spent years trying to find a hair stylist in Columbus I could trust. A year with someone would be fine and then something crazy would happen. I’ve had many bad experiences in my +5 years in this city where stylists have randomly either destroyed my bangs or chopped my thick hair into really awful chunky layers. Vanessa is just drama free. Reliable, easy to talk to, friendly, and so talented — she always delivers exactly the cut and style I need. I’m beyond relieved to have found her!!
