Feri is running such a wonderful salon! This was the first time I had gotten my eyebrows done in over 10 years, and Feri threaded my eyebrows so quickly and beautifully, I came out feeling like a whole new person! I will definitely be seeing her again!

Unfortunately, my visit to this salon was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I found the door locked and had to call or text to be let in, which was unexpected and inconvenient. I came in with a clear idea of what I wanted and even showed the technician a photo for reference. Despite this, the result was the complete opposite of what I asked for. I requested an arch—twice—and was left with straight, uneven brows that did not suit my natural shape. I typically have well-shaped brows, but I left the appointment feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the outcome. Additionally, the service felt rushed and impersonal. The technician was rough in her approach and did not acknowledge my concerns. For a service priced at $17.50, I expected a much higher level of care and professionalism. As someone new to Columbus, I was hoping to find a go-to place for threading, but unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I will not be returning.
