Such a waste, of my gift card and time today- here. I got a facial that was overpriced. The facial itself wasn’t bad, but nothing made it special for the price. I expected to be impressed. It was my first time at this salon because I had a gift card that I confirmed would be accepted online AND via phone call before making my expensive appointment. One of the front desk ladies was so unacceptable regarding her customer service. She tried arguing her way out of accepting my gift card and had a bad attitude towards me that I found upsetting. I kept calm because I didn’t want to cause a scene and I even tipped very well because the lady that gave me that facial did pretty good. The positives were- the mimosa, and the salon is decorated really cute, and it was clean. I want to say that the other front desk lady was good because she actually helped me process the gift card. I have spent half the money at a different salon and it was a better experience. I expect an awesome experience from start to finish and I’m sad it wasn’t.

Stile Salon is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you can feel how welcoming and relaxing the atmosphere is. Kelley, the owner, goes above and beyond to make every client feel special and taken care of. She is genuinely kind and professional. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and her team. The salon is always spotless, stylish, and full of positive energy. Highly recommend Kelley and her wonderful salon to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

My husband and i went for our anniversary. We normally get massages often when we can. But we just moved to Columbus and decided to find some place new for relaxing. We found stile on google with great reviews. When we arrived the customer service was great. We noticed it was a hair salon as well as nail salon as well as a spa, cool! We went to the back grabbed robes and sat in the waiting area. The gave us cucumber water and waited till the MT’s came to grab us. Our appointment was at 12:15 we arrived at 12:10 they came and grabbed us at 12:25 the didn’t start us until 12:35 we paid for 80 min full body massages. Britt did my husband and she was EXCELLENT she did a complete full body on him. Drea was mine and at first i thought it would be great but 10 mins into it she started rushing me i felt. As well as didn’t do a complete full body. The back of my arms as well as the feet she did not do. Our massages ended at 1:30 if i wanted a 60 min massage i would have paid for that. And the massage i had was not all of that at all. No shade both girls was nice but i didn’t come the to be rushed i came to be completely relaxed and get our money worth. They did offer to charge us for a 60 min instead which we can appreciate. But We will not be back.
