Waxing The City

I got my legs waxed for the first time and I was so nervous but the staff made me so comfortable and eased me into the process. The receptionist who I spoke to over the phone was so nice. I was going to cancel my service because I was nervous. He encouraged mw to try it and at least start with the lower half and go from there. I am so happy that I gave it a chance! Moriah was my wax specialist and she was the sweetest. I enjoyed talking to her. You could tell that she put so much effort into her work. Will definitely be coming back for more future waxing!

I highly recommend Moriah & Waxing The City Shawnee Hills. She is absolutely amazing! Not only is she professional she brings the most down to earth personality & environment. Hands down she is by far the best in her profession. Their facility is in tip top shape and always so clean. The staff greet you as soon as you walk in, and go above and beyond to meet all of your requests.

Mary is amazing — she helps me achieve my ideal eyebrows every time and always gives thoughtful skincare recommendations that actually make a difference. I really appreciate how attentive and detail-oriented she is. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this location and Mary in particular!
