I had a Brazilian wax done with Bailey and she was amazing. From the moment I walked in she had such great customer service and made me feel really comfortable. She was friendly, professional, and talked me through everything which helped ease my nerves. The service itself was great and she was very thorough and gentle. Overall it was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend booking with Bailey.

Staff is professional, friendly and talented. Book with Maya she is great! The salon is clean and updated. Appointment was quick and efficient. Products are available for purchase and I got a nice discounted rate! Update: I have been a Hello Sugar customers for nearly over two years. I usually go to the Arcadia location however the turnover with staff is ridiculous every time I found a aesthie I liked they vanished. I tried out this PV location and found Maya, an excellent aesthie who is now gone. This time I booked with Bailey. My appointment was at 5:20pm I was running behind so I called to let them know/see if I can be seen. The automated Ai receptionist told me it was fine they would let them know. I arrived at 5:31pm and was told that they could not take me. I drove almost 30 minutes to this appointment so I am frustrated for the lack of communication and alignment with this AI reception and real people staff at the locations it’s always an inconvenience!

I had the absolute best experience with Marsalynnta from Hello Sugar! I went to her for waxing, and she was incredibly kind and professional. She talked me through the entire process and made me feel completely at ease. She was so gentle and attentive! I truly appreciated how caring and attentive she was.
