There is a lot of competition in the area of waxing, but I have been going to EWC here at Vineyard for a few years now. Courtney is amazing: professional , caring, detail oriented, and her space is always clean. She has a wonderful, engaging attitude that makes you feel very comfortable even if waxing is sometimes not so comfortable. She is knowledgeable about the process and products available to make the treatment as good as possible . Plus, the rest of the staff are courteous and helpful. I am not interested in going anywhere else.

I’ve been to this location a few times and I’ve never had a bad experience. Last night, Nakia was my associate and she was great! She had great conversation, made sure I was comfortable throughout the duration of my appointment, and she was overall a sweetheart! I’ve already scheduled my next appointment with her.

Purchased a wax pass 1/7/26. Had a friend get licensed and wanted to cancel my pass so I could start seeing my friend. Called the first time on 2/5/26 and was told the manager would have to call me to cancel my pass and issue refund. Had an appt at the location after this for my final wax and was told the manager wasn’t there that day either. Call back again 4 more times between 2/13/26 and 3/5/26 to try to get this cancelled. Each time they told me the manager would call me because they had to be the ones to cancel the pass. Come to find out today, there is no manager at that location and a manager from another location has to help me.she told me that since it was over 30 days since I purchased my pass that all she could give me was store credit. (This has nothing to do with that manager though because I understand she is only doing what she can). This is ridiculous for a company to make it to where you cannot cancel for over a month th and then not let you get a refund. That credit will be sitting on my account because even if I had originally thought I could still go there for products I don’t ever want to go back now.
