I have been coming here for several years as a member. I’ve always been told that they have a 10 minute grace period. I walked in 10 minutes late today due to a work call running late. I was told very rudely that there are no appts left, and they can’t fit me in today. I said multiple times that I’ve been a customer here for years. He acknowledged that, however I could tell it meant nothing. I will need to find a new place, and he said okay without any concern. I’m very disappointed in this lack of customer service and never leave reviews but felt compelled to this time. Paige, my sugarist, has been wonderful. If customer service is important to you, this is likely not the place for you. Update: Thank you very much for for your response. My watch showed I was 10 minutes late. What was also strange is I had my sugarist’s next appointment booked at 4:45. My initial appointment was for 4:15. I had two services booked - a Brazilian and a brow appointment. Once I realized that, I walked back in to let them know I wouldn’t be staying for the 4:45 out of respect for their time. That way they could take a walk in. I wonder if possibly they were double booked? Unfortunately we were leaving town and I was unable to come in the next day. Best of luck to you and your team.

Wendy was amazing! This was my first time trying sugaring after years of waxing, and she made the experience so smooth and comfortable. She explained everything, put me at ease, and did an incredible job. I’ll definitely be back!

Wendy answered all my questions When I first walked in the door, I stopped in just to ask questionsand I felt confident about it so I went ahead and tried the sugar scrub. My experience was good. Took about 10 minutes. She’s very thorough very nice very personable very professional and I will definitely be back.
