Life got in the way , so I had not been for a Brazilian in over a year . I decided to call on my way home from work to see if I could be squeezed in later that evening . Natalie was able to get me in and OMG … best service ever ! Minimal pain , very comforting tablesiide demeanor , in and out in 30 minutes . 10/10… highly recommend ! ( Judson location )

No one ever showed up for my appointment at the Judson location, I was here early and waited outside for over 20 minutes. No one called or emailed to let me know what was going on. I was worried I’d be penalized due to their cancellation/late policy. It wasn’t until after multiple calls to their central location and Judson location that I received word that my appointment would be cancelled due to my waxer being out sick. They did offer to make things right, however I won’t be returning as I don’t trust it won’t happen again. Really disappointed as I took time out of my work day to be here early.
