I found this business on IG back in December 2023. I first tried Beth because I was looking for an eyebrow specialist that would manage my eyebrows with care. I have thick eyebrows that I like to keep clean, even and thick. I kept running into people who would either wax badly where my eyebrows would come out thin like we use to do in the 90’s or they would mess up on my arch terribly. I tried her out the first time and she was cool. She moved pretty fast but seemed rushed. I felt like she wasn’t too caring but i let her slide because she was being a stickler on time when I was there early. So, i decided to give her one more try because everyone needs grace. She did my eyebrows okay the first experience but she kept them really thick. So, on my second visit, i mentioned to her if she couldn’t still keep them thick but just clean them up just a tad bit more than she did the last time. She was cleaning up my hair in the middle between my brows and ripped my skin off. I didn’t notice it at first but she told me in so many words by asking me what kind of skin products i use. I told her i use topicals and retinol at night. Their very gentle products to treat my hyperpigmentation. Well, she then blames by products that I use for the reason why she burned my skin off! No! You had the wax too hot! I never went back to her again. Notice how most of the reviews are 5 stars with no pictures bc she expects her clients to do 5 star reviews. But no one is telling the truth or posting before and after pictures. I ended up getting bumps and a scar on my face. So, i had to treat it for months with CeraVe and wear Fenty makeup over it. I see why she’s closed now. If you’re going to do eyebrows, one should be careful with their business

If you are feeling hesitant, please just go ahead and book Beth. She is amazing! Her studio is so adorable and comfortable. I normally have to hype myself up for a waxing session but it was not as painful as it has been in the past so I was relaxed the whole time. Beth made sure I was comfortable during the session and it felt like I was meeting up with a girlfriend for coffee. I recommend getting the mask with your waxing session because it felt like heaven on my lady bits. I am already looking forward to my next waxing session. And she does amazing eyebrows as well!

If you’ve never had a Brazilian Wax done before or you’re scared and contemplating it. BOOK WITH BETH! I used to go to any local wax spots but ever since I’ve gone to Beth I will NEVER go anywhere else. Beth walks you through the whole process to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. She is fast and efficient but does her absolute best to make the experience less painful. She is so kind and her work space is so neat and organized. Also you get a therapy session and a Brazilian wax all in one appointment LOL! Not literally but you know what I mean. I highly recommend Beth!
