The Waxer’s Sanctuary

I've been needing a new wax specialist for a little over a year now. I booked with ivy very easily online. All her services were described clearly which was really nice. She sent me a welcome message and instructions for when I arrived. My appointment went very well and ivy was nice to talk to. Her studio was very clean, organized and welcoming. Her waxing style i noticed caused very little discomfort which was truly surprising. Then I got a thank you email, that's what really really made me feel like i got lucky with ivy because her level of customer service and care went above and beyond with those small gestures. I generally dont get good customer service in san antonio so ivy was a breath of fresh air and I has happy to have found her. Thank you so much for your services ivy🩷

My Brazilian experience at Waxer’s Sanctuary was very good. The space was so nice and the online booking was easy. Ivy was the absolute best so I didn’t feel the least bit uncomfortable. I would highly recommend her services.
