Lived up to every positive review! I did a lot of research for places for my children to get their ears pierced – and I’m really glad that we went with Craig Pokes You. The girls had a great experience with their first piercings. 4 ears, 0 tears! Place is clean and well run with nice private spaces. The piercers are pros, they really know what they’re doing and they were great with kids! I appreciate how seriously they take body autonomy and make sure that the kids understand what they are choosing and what is happening. The girls said they appreciated how the piercer explained every step in the process to them directly- not just to the parents. Cash only is annoying, but that seems to be a trend within the piercing industry. And yes, it’s more expensive than going to a chain place, but it was worth it for high-quality jewelry and someone who really knows what they’re doing and makes it a pleasant experience for everyone.

Absolutely the BEST piercing experience! After my teen decided she wanted a second ear piercing, I did my homework (tons of research and word-of-mouth recommendations) and this place kept coming up. Now I know why. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, polite, and so thorough. They explained every single step in detail (leaving zero room for confusion). Everything flowed smoothly and it instantly felt like we were in the right hands. Craig, who did the piercing, was amazing. Informative, kind, and so attentive (he made my teen feel completely comfortable, cared for, and heard). The interaction was genuine, not rushed, and left us both impressed. The space is spotless and sterile (yet still warm and inviting). The whole operation runs like a well oiled machine (but without any cookie cutter vibe it’s personal, professional, and just plain perfect). I’m already planning to come back (for my own piercing this time).

They showed us how the earrings were sterilized and walked us through the entire procedure. Elliott assisted Darwin, and together they made the experience seamless and comforting. Their bedside manner was impeccable—kind, respectful, and attentive. What could have been a nerve-wracking moment turned into a positive, confidence-building experience for my granddaughter. I highly recommend Craig’s to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and trustworthy place for piercings. We couldn’t have asked for better service and will absolutely return and refer others.
