I got both sides of my nose pierced and my friend got her ears pierced here. I called and someone named Cindy picked up and she was absolutely amazing she answered my questions and answered the phone as soon as the third ring or second. And I got there and she attended to me and my friend very quickly. Afterwards I went on back to go get my piercing by Eddy and he was very polite and careful as well. Funny enough I actually fainted on my second piercing on my nose because of my pumped up nerves. The way Eddy and Jenny handled it was so amazing. They were so prepared they brought me water and some sugar and as well with waking me up through smelling salts. They were checking to make sure I was alright but by the time I woke up I felt better. !!! Literally shout out to them they literally were prepared and made for this and I’d trust them again and will come back if anything! Thank you so much Eddy, Jenny, and Cindy.

From the second I dropped a message to website requesting a consultation to walking out the door with a finsihed tattoo the team here was responsive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was looking to get a halfsleeve done for my first tattoo in a Ethnic Eastern European banded style. A very challenging and totally uniquely custom design, that is also deeply personal acting as a memorial tattoo for a loved one. I booked my appointment with artist Frank Ramirez and within about and hour of messaging I got a reply and started working on a quote. Frank was up for the challenge. First day in the studio kicked off great. There was a close friend/family vibe with everyone in the shop. From the owner, to reception, to each artist. Within a few minutes of meeting Frank we were talking like we had known each other for years. I felt more like a friend than a client, and I was taken care of as such. Frank was a total beast staying locked in throughout the approximately 15ish hours of needle work. He really took my rough sketch of the design and not only brought it to life, but added some needed flare that only a real artist can do. 10/10 experience, will 100% be coming back.
