I can't say enough good things about my piercing experience with Matteo. He was informative and kind; he walked me through every step with professionalism and made me feel at ease. It's my first dermal piercing and it was so nice to be in the hands of someone with so much knowledge and experience. I absolutely WILL be going back there!

Keith did 2 cartilage piercings and wow what an amazing experience! Friendly, super knowledgeable, and communicative. I can’t highly recommended him enough. He really cares about his art and work. Hope to be back again!

Keith was absolutely wonderful. My young teen pierced her own nose, and I was completely panicked. I took her to the doctor, who told us to find a tattoo or piercing professional for advice. While it looked okay at first, it definitely wouldn’t have worked out in the long run. Keith was kind, knowledgeable, and never judgmental. He explained everything clearly and helped my daughter understand why the angle wasn’t quite right and how she wouldn’t be happy with it later. He didn’t embarrass her for trying it herself or for using the wrong jewelry. Instead, he gently removed it, talked her through what went wrong, and made a plan for when she’s ready to do it the right way. His demeanor was so perfect that she left not disappointed, but empowered. I can’t say enough good things about Keith as he’s a true professional who genuinely cares about people and clearly loves what he does. Honestly, the experience almost makes me want to get a nose ring too!
